Tax incentive for worker’s housing

In the 2024 State Budget bill there is a novelty regarding the existence of a tax incentive for workers' housing.

This measure provides for an exemption from social security contributions and accelerated tax depreciation of the property transferred, in the case of the company.

Extension of the deadline for submitting the annual Corporate Income Tax Return

Order no. 176/2024-XXIII of the former Secretary for Tax Affairs extends the deadline for submitting model 22 corporate income tax returns for the 2023 tax period to 15 July 2024, without any penalty being applied. Nuno Filipe Henriques
